We've just launched Baking Season at our house, too. The older I get, the more I'm into it. And my 2 chicas are, too. Thanksgiving morning, I came downstairs to discover a beautiful cherry pie that my youngest had turned out while I was asleep. And this morning, I awoke to a new batch of Christmas cookies! SITS sent me by, and I'm glad they did. Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest!

Super cute!! Makes me want to bake with my kiddos! Stopping by from SITS!!
ReplyDeleteMmmm!
ReplyDeleteYummy goodness AND happy memories? BONUS!!
I'm asking for cookbooks for Christmas! My cousin just recently tried her hand at baking and she's a natural. :) I'd really love to learn how to cook and have devoted to teaching myself over the holidays while I'm out of school for break. Cute little ones! Hope you had a wonderful weekend and Thanksgiving holiday!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they had fun! Love the rumor she started! Too cute!
ReplyDeleteHi. Visiting from SITS. Great blog. I wish I could sew.
ReplyDeleteWith my boys, if I make a mistake once, they remind me of it constantly! I'm getting ready to start my candy this weekend - and my grandmother's coffee cake (recipe next week)which I give for teacher gifts! It is a must-have Holiday accessory!
ReplyDeleteWhat great pictures! My boys start learning to cook with box cakes in the 3rd grade and move to cakes from scratch in 6th. Only one son is not a baker - he's definitely the griller. Directions are too tedious for him! It took him 5 years to get a box brownie recipe to come out of the oven correctly!
The joy of children!
Merry Christmas!
